Barnard College Senior Year: From the Speaking Fellows Program....

Need to prepare for a senior thesis presentation or interview? ?Trying to figure out how to explain your Barnard experience, choice of study, or personal interests to others?

The Barnard?Speaking?Fellows?Program is offering a two-part workshop series called "Public?Speaking?and the Intellectual Voice."??

Participants learn the fundamentals of public speaking and seminar conversational skills; create and practice their own speeches in front of a supportive group; and get personalized coaching from a Speaking Fellow.??Barnard students of all disciplines are encouraged to sign up.

To sign up:? Below is a list of dates and times for each section of Public Speaking and the Intellectual Voice.? The first date is Part 1, and the second date is Part 2.? Please note that because workshops are experiential and based on the group dynamic, participation in both Part 1 and Part 2 is required.

To reserve your spot, send an email to?clie@barnard.edu?with your top 3 choices.? Workshops do fill up quickly, so students are advised to make reservations as soon as possible.
